MOLE
This is a pre-Hispanic sauce that has remained after the Spanish conquest and the Colonial period, and that has evolved into the complex sauce that we know today. In México, mostly every region has its own mole recipe and that is why it has become the most traditional national dish.
Ingredients: tomatoes, Ancho, Pasilla, Mulato, Guajillo and Morita peppers, grilled tortilla, banana, raisins, onion, garlic, PEANUTS, ALMONDS, SESAME, WALNUTS, salt, pepper, sugar, spices, cinnamon, thyme, marjoram, and chocolate.
MOLE
Une sauce d’origine préhispanique et qui a survécu à la conquête espagnole ainsi que la période coloniale, et qui a évolué pour devenir la sauce riche et complexe que nous connaissons de nous jours. Au Mexique, pratiquement chaque région a sa propre recette de mole, raison pour laquelle elle le Mole est devenu le plat national le plus traditionnel.
